《毛毛虫》

这夜,说的故事:
Long long time ago, there was a girl, she loved to slot her finger in to her nose and mouth. She loves to eat sweets and ice-cream.
One day, she caught a flu. She couldn’t sleep well and kept coughing. She had an irritating throat, and she complained to her mother, “Mom, my throat is very itch!” Right after she was able to finish her sentence, she started to cough, “Whoop! Whoop! Whoop!” "Barking" badly and finally she cough out the phlegm.
Before her mother was able to ask her to spit out the phlegm. She swallowed it back, she said, “I am too tired to spit it out. Mom.” Her mom had nothing to say anymore and stepped out from her bedroom.
After a while, she felt her nose was very itchy. And it was getting more and more itchy, and she opened her mouth wide, “Ah… Ah… AH….. Choo!” She sneezed badly until the snivel gushed on her palm.
Suddenly something furry moving on her palm. It was a caterpillar!
The girl was too shocked and tried to shack her hand and flung away the caterpillar. But the phlegm was too sticky and the voice came from no way, “stop shaking! I am going to fall!”
The girl was abashed by the tiny voice, “who… who… are you? Where… where are you?”
“Hey, look at here, look at your palm. I am a caterpillar.”
“You can talk?” the girl asked.
“Yes! I am” said the caterpillar.
“But… but … since when you got into my nose?!”
“I am in your nose since you are getting flu. Me and thousand of my friends are trying very hard to help you.” explained the caterpillar.
“Help me?”, it sound so unbelievable by the little girl.
“Yes. We wiggle our body very very hard and our furry hair will make you cough!” exclaimed the caterpillar.
“Why you want to make me cough? I know, that’s why I can’t recover and my mom won’t let me go for swimming!”
“No! We make you cough so that your phlegm can come out!”, explained the caterpillar.
"Why you want to make my phlegm to come out?", questioned by the girl.
"Because only when your phlegm get out of your body, then only the bed gems in your body will die and then only you can recover!”, said the caterpillar.
“Huh? Bad gems? In my body?”, the girl was filling shocked!
“Yes! We fight very hard with them to help you recover! But you know, when we were trying very hard to push your phlegm out, you swallow them back. Bad gems love the phlegm and it make the bad gems getting more powerful!”
“Is it? I never know this!”, the girl said with filling sorry.
“Yes! Look at me! I broke my thousand legs, and injured everywhere, That’s why I am being spit out from your body too.”
“I… I… am so sorry about this. How can I help you?”, the girl said sadly.
“No, You can’t help me anymore, cause I am going to die soon.”
“What?! I… I didn’t mean to do that…”, the girl was feeling regretful.
“Don’t worry, they are many of my friends still inside your body, fighting very hard with the bad gems, but they are defeating. You got to help them.”
"Me? How? How can I help?", the girl asked with puzzled.
"Whenever you want to cough, just keep coughing and force the phlegm to come out. And remember to spit it out. That will make the bad gems become weaken as they lost their power." said the caterpillar.
"That’s all?", the girl was feeling achievable.
"And please don’t send in more gems to your body, as it will be too many for us to fight."
"I never send in any bad gems!" the girl denied.
"Yes, you are. Whenever you pick you finger in your nose or mouth, you fingers are fills with gems, You can’t see them. They are very very small yet very powerful. Promise?"
"I… I… Ok, I will never do that. That’s all I need to do?" said the girl.
"Ah... Please drink warm water, whenever you feel itchy throat. That means we need help. Warm water helps us to weaken bad gems’ power. " reminded the caterpillar.
"So I cannot drink cold water? " asked the girl.
"Yes. And cool water make them stronger." answered the caterpillar.
"And the very last but important thing to do is… rinse your … nose. Salt water will kill them. And... don’t.... eat…. Sweet thing" the caterpillar was getting weaker.
"What? what happen to you?" urged the girl.
"I am dying soon…. Remember sweet thing make them stronger too."
"Hey… don’t die… I will listen to you. I will wash my nose and stop eat sweet candy! Please don’t die."
From that day onward, the little girl follows everything the caterpillar said. She recover very fast and she can go for swimming again.
